Why this score Ukrainian presidential adviser on defence technologies and the country's best-known independent radio/electronic-warfare specialist; his technical accounts of Russian drone hardware and control links are unusually specific, checkable and routinely relayed by ISW and specialist outlets. Discounted from higher because he is a serving official and an interested party on Ukraine's own air-defence performance.

Russia’s Rassvet satellite network could soon let Russia steer Shaheds, reconnaissance drones and cheap missiles such as Banderol and Dan-M by satellite in real time, getting around Ukraine’s jamming; satellite passes already give 30–40 minute windows, and full coverage is about six months away. “For me, this is danger No. 1 among the technological challenges Russia poses to us right now.”
Not yet checkable. “About six months” is read as by April 16, 2027. No independent source has yet documented Russian drones or missiles controlled over Rassvet.
Serhiy 'Flash' Beskrestnov, Ukraine's presidential adviser on defence technologies, said Russia's next step is a cheap jet-powered missile — the Geran-5, Banderol, Dan-T, Dan-M and the jet UMPB-5R glide bomb — pushing speeds from the Geran-4's 300-500 km/h up to 500-650 km/h: 'That is effectively a missile, and it will be very hard for an interceptor to work against such a target.'
Not yet checkable. The named systems are already in use at lower speeds — ISW records Banderol and S8000 in the September strike packages — but no 500-650 km/h figure has been independently measured.
